We are currently looking for an outgoing, professional candidate to fill the following position:

Evening Maintenance/Valet

Responsibilities include ensuring public areas are clean and well-maintained, assisting with meeting room service and set-up, delivering guest supplies and room service, handling repairs, assisting with guest valet parking and luggage, understanding all all aspects of the fire systems, key, water, heat and power systems, landscaping to include snow removal in the winter and watering/weeding in the summer.
Candidate must be outgoing with exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor.  Must have a high-school diploma, previous maintenance experience, previous service experience, must have a valid, clean NYS drivers license.
This position is full-time.
